The required specifications include a 6,000 cc diesel engine with at least 240 horsepower, a water tank with a capacity of at least 6,000 liters, a centrifugal water pump with a capacity of 2,000 liters per minute, and other firefighting and water delivery equipment. Bidders must be juristic persons with the required legal qualifications and must register in the e-GP system of the Comptroller General’s Department. The evaluation will be based on the lowest price. The delivery period is within 90 days from the contract signing date. The bidder must register the vehicle in the municipality’s name before payment.
