โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาชุดริ้วขบวนเครื่องสูงจำนวน 5 รายการ สำหรับใช้ในภารกิจพิธีการศพที่ได้รับพระราชทาน เนื่องจากชุดเดิมมีการชำรุดเสียหายและเสื่อมสภาพ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องผลิตชุดตามรูปแบบและรายละเอียดที่กำหนด ได้แก่ หมวกนำริ้ว 13 ใบ, ชุดจ่าปี่ 16 ชุด (หมวก, เสื้อ, กางเกง, เข็มขัด), ชุดหามเสลี่ยง 156 ชุด (หมวก, เสื้อ, กางเกง), ชุดกลองชนะ 130 ชุด (หมวก, เสื้อ, กางเกง), และชุดฉัตรเบญจา 130 ชุด (หมวก, เสื้อ, กางเกง) ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติเบื้องต้นตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด รวมถึงคุณสมบัติเฉพาะ เช่น มูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการ หรือวงเงินสินเชื่อตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดในประกาศของคณะกรรมการวินิจฉัยปัญหาการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและการบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐ

This project aims to procure 5 sets of high-ranking procession attire for use in royal cremation ceremonies. The sets include headgear for the procession leaders, uniforms for the “Ja Pi” (drum majors), sedan chair bearers, victory drum players, and Benja umbrella carriers. The contractor must produce the sets according to the specified designs and quantities detailed in the document. Bidders must meet the general qualifications required by law, as well as specific financial criteria, such as the net worth of the business or a credit line according to the Procurement Act.
