โครงการจ้างบำรุงรักษาเครื่องเอกซเรย์หลอดเลือดชนิดหุ่นยนต์ SIEMENS รุ่น ARTIS PHENO S/N 164304 ของโรงพยาบาลสรรพสิทธิประสงค์ ครอบคลุมบริการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ทุก 3 เดือน, บริการซ่อมแซมแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) เมื่อเครื่องมีปัญหา, รวมถึงการเปลี่ยนอะไหล่พิเศษ X-ray Tube 1 หลอด และบำรุงรักษา Air Conditioning 1 เครื่อง บริการสนับสนุนการใช้งานโดย Application Specialist 4 วันต่อปี รวมถึงบริการบำรุงรักษาระยะไกล (Remote Maintenance) ภายใต้เงื่อนไขที่กำหนด สัญญาครอบคลุมระยะเวลา 1 ปี

This project is for the maintenance of a SIEMENS robotic vascular X-ray machine, model ARTIS PHENO S/N 164304, at Sunpasitthiprasong Hospital. The contract includes preventive maintenance every 3 months, corrective maintenance as needed, replacement of one X-ray Tube, and maintenance of one air conditioning unit. Application Specialist support is provided for 4 days per year. Remote maintenance is also included, subject to specific conditions. The contract duration is 1 year.
