โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้หน่วยขึ้นตรงกองทัพอากาศ (นขต.ทอ.) ที่ตั้งดอนเมือง มีวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นสำหรับการซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษาสนามบิน ถนน ลานจอด สะพาน รั้ว ระบบระบายน้ำ และเครื่องหมายจราจร จำนวนรวม 48 รายการ การจัดซื้อครั้งนี้เป็นไปตามแผนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 560,000 บาท ผู้ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจะต้องส่งมอบพัสดุทั้งหมดภายใน 30 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา กรมช่างโยธาทหารอากาศจะจ่ายเงินค่าจ้างแบบเหมารวมเพียงงวดเดียวหลังจากส่งมอบงานเรียบร้อยแล้ว การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะการยื่นข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด และผู้ชนะจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงาน

This project involves the procurement of 48 items for repairing the airfield, roads, parking lots, bridges, fences, drainage systems, and traffic signs for the Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) units located at Don Mueang. The objective is to provide the RTAF units at Don Mueang with the necessary materials and equipment for maintenance of their infrastructure. The total budget is 560,000 baht, and the delivery period is 30 days from the contract signing date. Payment will be made in a single lump sum upon completion of the work. The selection criteria will be based on the lowest price. The winning bidder must guarantee against defects for a specified period.
