โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) ภายในศูนย์วิจัยข้าวเชียงใหม่ ช่วงประตูหลักถึงประตูด้านคลองชลประทาน ในตำบลมะขามหลวง อำเภอสันป่าตอง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้ ถนนมีความกว้าง 6.00 เมตร, ยาว 270.00 เมตร, และหนา 0.15 เมตร คิดเป็นพื้นที่ดำเนินการไม่น้อยกว่า 1,620.00 ตารางเมตร
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย งานก่อสร้างคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน (SLUMP ไม่เกิน 10 ซม., COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH ไม่น้อยกว่า 240 กก./ตร.ซม. ที่ 28 วัน), การใช้เหล็กตะแกรง WIRE MESH มอก. 737 และเหล็กเส้น มอก.20 SR-24/มอก.24 SD-30, การบ่มคอนกรีตด้วยน้ำยาบ่ม, การติดตั้งเหล็ก Dowel ตามแบบ, การจัดทำแผนการใช้วัสดุภายในประเทศ, การเจาะตรวจสอบความหนาของผิวทาง, การออกแบบส่วนผสมคอนกรีต (Job Mix), และการขุดรื้อผิวทางเดิมเพื่อปรับระดับและบดทับ

This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete road within the Chiang Mai Rice Research Center, spanning from the main gate to the irrigation canal gate in Makham Luang Subdistrict, San Pa Tong District, Chiang Mai Province. The road will be 6.00 meters wide, 270.00 meters long, and 0.15 meters thick, covering an area of at least 1,620.00 square meters.
The scope of work includes reinforced concrete construction meeting specific standards (SLUMP ≤ 10 cm, COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH ≥ 240 kg/sq.cm at 28 days), using WIRE MESH TIS 737 and steel bars TIS 20 SR-24/TIS 24 SD-30, concrete curing with curing compound, installing Dowel bars as per the design, creating a plan for using domestic materials, core sampling for thickness verification, designing concrete mix (Job Mix), and excavating the existing road surface for leveling and compaction.
The contractor must stripe the road and construct aggregate shoulder. The contractor also needs to provide a supervisor with professional engineering license.
Deliverables include a standard reinforced concrete road, road surface with complete striping, aggregate shoulder, and material quality certificates.
