โครงการก่อสร้างนี้มีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อจัดระบบอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ำในพื้นที่ชุมชนบนพื้นที่สูงของบ้านนาหว้า หมู่ที่ 4 ตำบลด่านซ้าย อำเภอด่านซ้าย จังหวัดเลย ซึ่งครอบคลุมพื้นที่ทั้งหมด 90 ไร่ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อลดการชะล้างพังทลายของหน้าดินในพื้นที่ลาดชัน เพิ่มความอุดมสมบูรณ์ให้แก่ดิน และส่งเสริมให้เกษตรกรในพื้นที่สูงทำการเกษตรอย่างถูกต้องและยั่งยืน โดยไม่บุกรุกทำลายป่า

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างขั้นบันไดดินแบบไม่ต่อเนื่องในพื้นที่ความลาดชันต่างๆ และการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการตามรูปแบบที่กำหนด ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องทำการถากถางพื้นที่ วางระดับ และขุดแต่งขั้นบันไดดินตามแนวที่กำหนด พร้อมทั้งตรวจสอบค่าระดับให้เป็นไปตามแบบรูปรายการ นอกจากนี้ยังต้องแจ้งให้เกษตรกรเจ้าของแปลงข้างเคียงทราบก่อนดำเนินการก่อสร้าง เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาการลุกล้ำที่ดิน

โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 60 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับหนังสือแจ้งให้เริ่มทำงาน การจ่ายเงินค่าจ้างจะแบ่งเป็น 1 งวด เมื่อผู้รับจ้างดำเนินงานแล้วเสร็จตามสัญญาและผ่านการตรวจรับตามมาตรฐานที่กรมพัฒนาที่ดินกำหนด

This construction project aims to implement soil and water conservation systems in the highland community of Ban Nahwa, Loei Province, covering 90 rai. The objectives are to reduce soil erosion in steep areas, increase soil fertility, and promote sustainable agriculture among highland farmers without deforestation.

The scope of work includes the construction of non-continuous bench terraces in varying slope areas and the installation of project signs as specified. The contractor must clear the area, set levels, and excavate bench terraces according to the plans, ensuring compliance with the required slope values. Additionally, adjacent landowners must be notified before construction to prevent land encroachment issues.

The project duration is 60 days from the date of the notice to commence work. Payment will be made in one installment upon completion of the work according to the contract and after inspection and acceptance according to the standards set by the Department of Land Development.
