โครงการนี้เป็นการจ้างปรับปรุงระบบเติมและระบายอากาศในหอผู้ป่วยหนักอายุรกรรม (ICU MED) ชั้น 6 อาคารสิทธิเกษม วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือการปรับปรุงระบบเพื่อให้ห้อง ICU สามารถควบคุมอุณหภูมิและความชื้น ปราศจากฝุ่นและเชื้อโรค พร้อมทั้งสร้างแรงดันห้องแบบ Positive และ Negative Pressure เพื่อป้องกันการแพร่กระจายของอนุภาคต่างๆ เช่น ฝุ่นละออง สารเคมี แบคทีเรีย และไวรัส โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้ห้อง ICU มีความปลอดภัยสูงสุดและมีประสิทธิภาพในการใช้งานสำหรับผู้ป่วยและบุคลากรทางการแพทย์

ขอบเขตของงานครอบคลุมถึงงานสถาปัตยกรรม (งานรื้อถอนและฝ้าเพดาน), งานระบบปรับอากาศและระบายอากาศ (ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์และเดินท่อลม, เครื่องปรับอากาศ, ตู้ควบคุม), และงานระบบไฟฟ้าและ Control ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องตรวจสอบแบบและข้อกำหนดต่างๆ อย่างละเอียด ทำ Shop Drawing และ As-Built Drawings รวมถึงการประสานงานกับผู้รับจ้างรายอื่นๆ ต้องมีการฝึกอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาเครื่องและจัดทำคู่มือการใช้งาน

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด, มีผลงานติดตั้งระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง, และผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO9001:2015 โครงการมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 90 วัน และมีการจ่ายเงิน 1 งวดเมื่อปฏิบัติงานแล้วเสร็จ

This project involves the procurement of services for the improvement of the ventilation and air supply system in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Sithi Kasem Building. The main objective is to upgrade the system to provide a sterile, temperature-controlled, and humidity-controlled ICU environment with both positive and negative pressure capabilities, to prevent the spread of particles such as dust, chemicals, bacteria, and viruses. The project aims to maximize the safety and operational efficiency for patients and medical personnel.

The scope of work includes architectural works (demolition and ceiling work), air conditioning and ventilation systems (installation of equipment and air ducts, air conditioners, control cabinets), and electrical and control systems. Bidders must thoroughly review the designs and specifications, prepare Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings, and coordinate with other contractors. Training for machine maintenance personnel and the preparation of user manuals are also required.

Bidders must meet legal requirements, demonstrate relevant experience, and be certified to ISO9001:2015 standards. The project duration is 90 days, with a single payment installment upon completion of the work.
