โครงการจัดซื้อวัสดุที่ใช้ในโครงการสนับสนุนผ้าอ้อมผู้ใหญ่ ระยะที่ 2 นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสนับสนุนผ้าอ้อมผู้ใหญ่และแผ่นรองซับการขับถ่ายแก่ผู้มีภาวะพึ่งพิงและผู้มีปัญหาการกลั้นปัสสาวะหรืออุจจาระไม่ได้ โครงการนี้จะจัดหาผ้าอ้อมผู้ใหญ่จำนวน 80,640 ชิ้น และแผ่นรองซับการขับถ่ายจำนวน 3,600 ชิ้น ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR เช่น มีอาชีพจำหน่ายพัสดุที่จัดซื้อ ไม่เป็นผู้ทิ้งงาน และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง รายละเอียดสินค้าและคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคระบุไว้ใน TOR อย่างละเอียด การส่งมอบสินค้าต้องดำเนินการภายใน 30 วัน นับจากวันได้รับคำสั่งซื้อ ระยะเวลาดำเนินการของโครงการคือเดือนมกราคม - กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 งบประมาณรวมทั้งสิ้น 787,680 บาท การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้วิธีการพิจารณาจากเกณฑ์ราคา

This project is for the procurement of adult diapers and absorbent pads for individuals with dependency and those experiencing urinary/fecal incontinence. The objectives are to supply 80,640 units of adult diapers and 3,600 units of absorbent pads. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, including having a business related to the sale of the goods, not being blacklisted, and being registered on the e-GP system.
