โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อสารเคมีที่จำเป็นสำหรับการผลิตน้ำประปาของเทศบาลนครพิษณุโลก โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้:

1. พอลิอะลูมิเนี่ยมคลอไรด์ชนิดเหลว 10% (PAC): จัดซื้อจำนวน 330 ตัน พร้อมทั้งจัดหาอุปกรณ์และติดตั้งปั๊มจ่ายสารเคมีขนาดต่างๆ รวม 8 ชุด และถังบรรจุสารเคมี PAC แบบ 14 ถัง
2. คลอรีนเหลว (Liquid Chlorine): จัดซื้อคลอรีนเหลวขนาดบรรจุ 100 กิโลกรัม จำนวน 150 ท่อ พร้อมอุปกรณ์ติดตั้งครบชุด รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ป้องกันกรณีคลอรีนรั่วไหล

ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการโรงงาน มีมาตรฐาน ISO ที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ในการขายสารเคมีให้หน่วยงานราชการ และมีหนังสือรับรองผลการตรวจวิเคราะห์สารเคมี ผู้ขายจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการขนส่ง ติดตั้ง และดูแลอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ให้พร้อมใช้งานตลอดระยะเวลาสัญญา

This project aims to procure chemicals necessary for the production of tap water for the Phitsanulok City Municipality. It includes:

1. Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) 10%: Procuring 330 tons, along with the provision and installation of chemical dispensing pumps of various sizes (8 units in total) and 14 PAC chemical storage tanks.
2. Liquid Chlorine: Procuring 150 cylinders of liquid chlorine, each with a capacity of 100 kilograms, along with a complete set of installation equipment, including leak prevention equipment.

Bidders must meet specified qualifications, such as possessing a factory operation license, relevant ISO standards, experience in selling chemicals to government agencies, and a certificate of chemical analysis results. The seller will be responsible for transporting, installing, and maintaining the equipment to ensure it is ready for use throughout the contract period.
