โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อหมึกปริ้นเตอร์ประจำปี 2568 เพื่อสำรองในคลังพัสดุของสำนักงาน กสทช. และรองรับการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยงานต่างๆ ภายในสำนักงานฯ ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาหมึกปริ้นเตอร์ของแท้ (Original Toner) สำหรับเครื่องพิมพ์หลากหลายยี่ห้อ ได้แก่ HP, Brother, Samsung, Canon, Panasonic, Kyocera และ Ricoh โดยมีจำนวน รุ่น และสี ตามที่ระบุในภาคผนวก 2 ผู้เสนอราคาต้องได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศไทย และต้องส่งมอบพัสดุเป็นงวดๆ ตามที่กำหนดในสัญญา รวม 4 งวด ภายใน 210 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
ผู้ขายจะต้องส่งมอบหมึกปริ้นเตอร์ในแต่ละรายการแต่ละงวดภายในเวลาที่กําหนดไว้ เนื่องจากไม่มีสถานที่เพียงพอจัดเก็บ เว้นแต่ กรณีสํานักงาน กสทช. มีความจําเป็นเร่งด่วน หรือมีการเบิกจ่าย หมึกปริ้นเตอร์เร็วกว่าระยะเวลา และมีพื้นที่เก็บรักษาว่าเพียงพอ สํานักงานกสทช. จะแจ้งเป็นหนังสือให้ผู้ขาย ส่งมอบหมึกปริ้นเตอร์ก่อนกําหนดเวลา
This project aims to procure printer ink for the year 2025 to be reserved in the warehouse of the NBTC, supporting the operations of various departments within the office. The scope of work includes sourcing genuine (Original Toner) printer ink for various brands, including HP, Brother, Samsung, Canon, Panasonic, Kyocera, and Ricoh, with quantities, models, and colors as specified in Appendix 2. Bidders must be appointed as distributors by the manufacturer or distributor in Thailand and must deliver the goods in installments as specified in the contract, totaling 4 installments within 210 days from the date of signing the contract.
The seller must deliver the printer ink in each item in each period within the specified time. Unless in the event that the NBTC has an urgent need or the printer ink is disbursed earlier than the time period and there is sufficient storage space, the NBTC will notify the seller in writing to deliver the printer ink ahead of schedule.
