โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนาระบบศูนย์กลางข้อมูลอัจฉริยะของอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ (MICE Intelligence and Research Center Portal) ที่มีประสิทธิภาพและน่าเชื่อถือ เพื่อเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญสำหรับผู้ประกอบการไมซ์ในการดำเนินธุรกิจและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันในระดับสากล โดยจะทำหน้าที่เป็นแหล่งรวบรวมข้อมูลและองค์ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์จากหน่วยงานพันธมิตรทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลของผู้ประกอบการ และสร้างวัฒนธรรมการใช้องค์ความรู้ในการดำเนินธุรกิจ (Data-driven Organization)

ขอบเขตการดำเนินงานครอบคลุมการออกแบบโครงสร้างระบบสารสนเทศ, การพัฒนาระบบจัดการเนื้อหา (Content Management System) ที่ทันสมัย, การพัฒนาระบบสมาชิก (Membership) ที่รองรับ SSO, ระบบการชำระเงินออนไลน์ที่ปลอดภัย, การโอนย้ายข้อมูล (Data Migration) จากฐานข้อมูลเดิม, และการบำรุงรักษาระบบเป็นระยะเวลาอย่างน้อย 1 ปี รวมถึงการจัดฝึกอบรมการใช้งานระบบแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ สสปน.

นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องนำเสนอแนวทางการนำเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) มาปรับใช้เพื่อต่อยอดการให้บริการของศูนย์กลางข้อมูล และจัดทำระบบสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานในรูปแบบออนไลน์

This project aims to develop an efficient and reliable MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions) Intelligence and Research Center Portal, serving as a crucial tool for Thai MICE entrepreneurs to conduct business and enhance competitiveness. It will act as a central repository for knowledge and data related to the MICE industry from both public and private partners, facilitating information access and promoting a data-driven organizational culture.

The scope of work includes designing the information system structure, developing a modern Content Management System (CMS), creating a membership system that supports SSO, implementing a secure online payment system, performing data migration from existing databases, and providing system maintenance for at least one year. Training for TCEB staff on system usage is also required.

Additionally, the contractor must propose ways to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) to further enhance the portal’s services and create an online user satisfaction survey system.
