โครงการ MUKDAHAN STREET ART (ศิลปะบอกเล่าชนพื้นเมืองลุ่มน้ำโขง) เป็นโครงการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยสำนักงานการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาจังหวัดมุกดาหาร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมในจังหวัดมุกดาหาร โดยเน้นการสร้างสรรค์งานศิลปะที่สะท้อนอัตลักษณ์และวิถีชีวิตของชนพื้นเมืองลุ่มน้ำโขง โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการจัดกิจกรรมหลากหลาย เช่น การจัดทำแผนงาน, การประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านสื่อต่างๆ (VTR, Social Media, ป้ายไวนิล), การจัดพิธีเปิดงาน, การแสดงศิลปวัฒนธรรม, การแสดงของศิลปิน, การจัดพื้นที่ขายสินค้า, กิจกรรมเดินแบบ, การประกวดนักเล่าเรื่อง, และการวาดภาพศิลปะโดยศิลปินและประชาชน ระยะเวลาจัดงานไม่น้อยกว่า 3 วัน ภายในเดือนมกราคม - มีนาคม 2568 ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบการดำเนินงานทั้งหมด รวมถึงการจัดหาสถานที่, จัดหาอุปกรณ์, บริหารจัดการงาน, และสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน งบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 900,000 บาท

The MUKDAHAN STREET ART project (Art telling the story of the Mekong River indigenous people) is an e-bidding project by the Mukdahan Provincial Office of Tourism and Sports. Its objective is to promote cultural tourism in Mukdahan province, focusing on creating artwork that reflects the identity and way of life of the Mekong River indigenous people. The project covers various activities, including project planning, public relations through various media (VTR, Social Media, vinyl banners), opening ceremony, cultural performances, artist performances, sales area arrangement, fashion show, storytelling competition, and art painting by artists and the public. The event duration is at least 3 days within January - March 2025. The contractor will be responsible for all operations, including venue sourcing, equipment provision, event management, and project evaluation. The budget for this project is 900,000 baht.
