โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกดีเซลขนาด 1 ตัน จำนวน 1 คัน ให้แก่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลณรงค์ เพื่อให้เพียงพอต่อการปฏิบัติภารกิจขององค์กรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รถยนต์ที่จัดซื้อต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR ได้แก่ ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 110 กิโลวัตต์ ขับเคลื่อน 2 ล้อ แบบดับเบิ้ลแค็บ (4 ประตู) นอกจากนี้ รถยนต์ต้องเป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมตามบัญชีรายชื่อสินค้าและบริการที่กรมควบคุมมลพิษกำหนด ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น เป็นผู้มีอาชีพขายพัสดุ, มีหลักฐานการเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายหรือผู้ผลิต, และมีศูนย์บริการมาตรฐานในจังหวัดที่ตั้งของ อบต. ณรงค์ การส่งมอบรถยนต์ต้องเป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลาและเงื่อนไขที่ระบุใน TOR
The objective of this project is to procure one 1-ton diesel pickup truck for Narong Sub-district Administrative Organization. The vehicle must meet specific requirements outlined in the TOR, including an engine displacement of at least 2,400 cc or a maximum engine power of at least 110 kilowatts, 2-wheel drive, double cab configuration, and compliance with environmental standards set by the Pollution Control Department. Bidders must meet eligibility criteria such as being a registered vendor, providing dealership or manufacturer documentation, and having a standard service center in the province where Narong SAO is located. Delivery must be completed within the specified timeframe and conditions outlined in the TOR.
