โครงการจ้างบํารุงรักษาระบบถอดความเสียงการประชุมด้วยเทคโนโลยีการรู้จําเสียงพูด มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้ระบบสามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยจะมีการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการใช้งาน เพื่อให้ระบบมีความถูกต้องและมีคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด นอกจากนี้ยังมุ่งเน้นการปรับปรุงระบบให้รองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประชุมสภา เช่น การปรับเปลี่ยนคณะรัฐมนตรี สมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร และมาตรฐานการจัดทำรายงานการประชุม รวมถึงการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการใช้งานระบบอย่างรวดเร็วและถูกต้อง เพื่อให้การบำรุงรักษาระบบเป็นไปอย่างมีแบบแผน สามารถตรวจสอบและติดตามแก้ไขปัญหาได้ทันที
