โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเช่าเครื่องตรวจวัดความแข็งของเนื้อตับและปริมาณไขมันสะสมในตับสำหรับโรงพยาบาลอุตรดิตถ์ โดยเครื่องมือที่เช่าต้องสามารถตรวจวัดความแข็งของเนื้อตับ (Liver stiffness) โดยใช้คลื่นอุลตร้าซาวด์ และมีโปรแกรมวัดปริมาณไขมันในตับ (Liver steatosis) ด้วยโปรแกรม CAP เครื่องจะต้องมีระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows 10, สามารถจัดเก็บและส่งออกข้อมูลได้ และมีจอแสดงผลระบบสัมผัสที่แสดงข้อมูลผู้ป่วยและผลการตรวจได้ชัดเจน นอกจากนี้ เครื่องมือต้องได้รับการบำรุงรักษาตามมาตรฐานผู้ผลิต ผ่านการรับรองจาก อย. และได้รับรองคุณภาพ ISO 13485 รวมถึงมีการรับประกันเครื่องและหัวตรวจตลอดระยะเวลาการเช่า
This project involves leasing a device for measuring liver stiffness and fat content at Uttaradit Hospital. The device should use Vibration Controlled Transient Elastography (VCTE) and CAP (Controlled Attenuation Parameter) techniques for liver assessment. It must have Windows 10 OS, data storage and export capabilities, and a touchscreen display for patient data and results. The equipment must be maintained according to manufacturer standards, approved by the FDA, certified with ISO 13485, and come with a warranty for the device and probes during the lease period.
