โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มนวัตกรรมภูมิสารสนเทศแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชนและระบบตรวจสอบย้อนกลับ (SGi-Farm) ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการยกระดับการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรที่ใช้เทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่/อัจฉริยะ โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการข้อมูลเกษตรกร, แปลงเพาะปลูก, กิจกรรมในแปลง, มาตรฐานการปลูก, ผลผลิต และผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเกษตร รวมถึงการเพิ่มมูลค่าให้แก่สินค้าเกษตรผ่านระบบตรวจสอบย้อนกลับ (Traceability) ด้วย QR Code

ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย:

• การพัฒนาและติดตั้งระบบ: สร้าง Web Application และ Mobile Application ที่เชื่อมโยงกัน, ติดตั้งบน Cloud Server ของ GDCC.
• การพัฒนาหน้าแรก (Main Page): ออกแบบหน้าแรกพร้อมระบบจัดการเนื้อหา (CMS) สำหรับข้อมูลชุมชนและผลิตภัณฑ์.
• การพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มกลาง (Web Application): ปรับปรุงจากแพลตฟอร์ม G-Rice เดิม, รองรับมาตรฐาน OGC, แสดงข้อมูลภูมิสารสนเทศ, มีเครื่องมือใช้งานแผนที่, และระบบค้นหาข้อมูล.
• การพัฒนาโมบายแอปพลิเคชัน (Mobile Application): พัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับ iOS และ Android, รองรับการใช้งานบนอุปกรณ์พกพา, มีระบบลงทะเบียน, และรองรับการรายงานผลข้อมูล.
• การฝึกอบรม: จัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานและฝึกอบรมการใช้งานระบบและการดูแลระบบ.

ผู้ชนะการประมูลจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของระบบเป็นเวลา 1 ปี และส่งมอบงานภายใน 120 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา

This project aims to develop a community-based geospatial innovation platform and traceability system (SGi-Farm) as part of a project to upgrade agricultural product production using modern/smart technology. The main goals are to improve the efficiency of managing farmer data, agricultural plots, activities in the plots, cultivation standards, produce, and agricultural products, as well as to add value to agricultural products through a traceability system using QR Codes.

The main scope of work includes:

• System Development and Installation: Create Web Application and Mobile Application that are linked together, install on GDCC’s Cloud Server.
• Main Page Development: Design the main page with a content management system (CMS) for community and product information.
• Central Platform Development (Web Application): Improve from the existing G-Rice platform, support OGC standards, display geospatial data, have map tools, and a data search system.
• Mobile Application Development: Develop applications for iOS and Android, support mobile device usage, have a registration system, and support data reporting.
• Training: Prepare user manuals and training on system usage and system maintenance.

The successful bidder must guarantee system defects for 1 year and deliver the work within 120 days after signing the contract.
