โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ห้องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย (Server Room) ของสำนักงานนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ (สนช.) มีความปลอดภัยและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสากล โดยมีการปรับปรุงและติดตั้งระบบต่างๆ ภายในห้อง M06 เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความมั่นคงปลอดภัยห้องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย, กำหนดพื้นที่ควบคุมและมีความปลอดภัยในการเข้าถึง, ลดความเสี่ยงต่อความเสียหายของครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์, และรองรับการขยายตัวของระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ในอนาคต

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงลักษณะทางกายภาพของห้อง, การติดตั้งพื้นยก (Access Floor), ระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบเครื่องสำรองไฟฟ้า (UPS), ระบบปรับอากาศควบคุมอุณหภูมิและความชื้น, ระบบตรวจจับการรั่วซึมของน้ำ, ระบบดับเพลิงอัตโนมัติ, ระบบเฝ้าดูและแจ้งเตือนอัตโนมัติ, ระบบควบคุมการเปิด-ปิดประตู, และระบบกล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) พร้อมระบบบันทึกภาพ (NVR) นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการรื้อถอนและย้ายระบบสายสัญญาณเดิมจากห้อง M04 ไปยังห้อง M06

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการติดตั้งระบบต่างๆ ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและมาตรฐานที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR และต้องรับผิดชอบในการฝึกอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ สนช. ให้สามารถใช้งานและบำรุงรักษาระบบได้อย่างถูกต้อง

This project involves the installation of a Server Room system with equipment in room M06 of the National Innovation Agency (NIA), in accordance with internationally recognized IT Security Room standards. It covers area improvement, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, fire suppression systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems, as well as the relocation of equipment from the existing room M04.

The objective is to ensure the NIA’s Server Room is secure and meets international standards. The scope of work includes physical modifications, installation of access floors, electrical systems, UPS, precision air conditioning, water leak detection, automatic fire suppression, environment monitoring, access control, and CCTV with NVR. It also includes dismantling and relocating existing cabling systems from room M04 to room M06.

The contractor must install the systems in accordance with the specifications and standards outlined in the TOR and is responsible for training NIA staff to properly operate and maintain the systems.
