รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อเครื่องทดสอบเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ก่อโรคด้วยเทคนิคอณูชีววิทยา (Molecular Detection Instrument) จำนวน 1 ชุด เพื่อใช้ในการตรวจหาเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ก่อโรคต่างๆ ได้แก่ Salmonella, E. coli 0157 (รวมถึง H7), Listeria, Listeria monocytogenes, Cronobacter, Campylobacter และอื่นๆ เครื่องมือนี้ต้องมีคุณสมบัติในการวิเคราะห์ตัวอย่างได้พร้อมกันไม่น้อยกว่า 96 ตัวอย่าง และแสดงผลแบบ Real Time หรือแสดงผลในรูปแบบกราฟหลังสิ้นสุดกระบวนการทดสอบ นอกจากนี้ ต้องสามารถวิเคราะห์เชื้อจุลินทรีย์หลายชนิดพร้อมกันในการทดสอบแต่ละครั้ง โดยใช้ตัวอย่างปริมาตร 20 ไมโครลิตร และใช้เวลาในการวิเคราะห์ไม่เกิน 2 ชั่วโมง
เครื่องทดสอบต้องมีค่า Limit of Detection (LOD) ที่ 5% ไม่เกิน 1 CFU ต่อตัวอย่าง หรือมีค่า Sensitivity ไม่เกิน 1 Copy of RNAse P gene so Target sequence in human genomic DNA และต้องมีเอกสาร Method validation ของเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ตามมาตรฐานสากลที่เป็นปัจจุบัน
ชุดควบคุมการทำงานและประมวลผลต้องมีโปรแกรมควบคุมการทำงานที่สามารถป้องกันข้อมูลด้วยรหัสผ่าน, แปลผลการทดสอบและแสดงผลในรูปแบบกราฟ, ทดสอบประสิทธิภาพก่อนใช้งาน (Self-check) และอัพเดทโปรแกรมได้ตลอดอายุการใช้งาน รวมถึงเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับประมวลผล, เครื่องพิมพ์เลเซอร์, เครื่องสำรองไฟฟ้า และอุปกรณ์ประกอบอื่นๆ เช่น โต๊ะ, เก้าอี้, อุปกรณ์เก็บตัวอย่าง, อาหารเลี้ยงเชื้อ, หลอดน้ำยาทดสอบ, เตาหลุมให้ความร้อน, และเครื่องดูดจ่ายสารละลาย
ผู้ขายจะต้องติดตั้งเครื่องพร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบให้สามารถใช้งานได้ และมีรายงานการติดตั้งเครื่อง (Installation report) พร้อมทั้งรับประกันคุณภาพไม่น้อยกว่า 4 ปี และมีการอบรมการใช้งานอย่างน้อย 3 ครั้ง
This project aims to procure one unit of Molecular Detection Instrument for detecting pathogenic microorganisms such as Salmonella, E. coli 0157 (including H7), Listeria, Listeria monocytogenes, Cronobacter, Campylobacter, etc. The instrument must be capable of analyzing at least 96 samples simultaneously, displaying results in real-time or graphically after the test, analyzing multiple microorganisms simultaneously, using 20 microliters of sample, and completing analysis within 2 hours.
The detector must have a Limit of Detection (LOD) of 5% not exceeding 1 CFU per sample or a Sensitivity not exceeding 1 Copy of RNAse P gene so Target sequence in human genomic DNA, and up-to-date Method validation documentation according to international standards.
The control and processing unit must have control software with password protection, the ability to interpret test results and display them graphically, pre-use performance testing (Self-check), and lifetime program updates, including a computer for processing, a laser printer, a power backup, and other accessories such as tables, chairs, sampling equipment, culture media, test tubes, heating blocks, and solution dispensers.
The seller must install the machine with accessories to make it usable and have an Installation report, guarantee quality for at least 4 years, and provide at least 3 training sessions.
