โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงระบบส่งน้ำของอ่างเก็บน้ำแม่อาวใหญ่ ตำบลนครเจดีย์ อำเภอป่าซาง จังหวัดลำพูน โดยการติดตั้งระบบสูบน้ำพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:

• ติดตั้งชุดแผงเซลล์แสงอาทิตย์ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 32 kW ที่ผลิตในประเทศไทย
• ติดตั้งเครื่องสูบน้ำไฟฟ้าแบบจุ่มใต้น้ำ (Submersible Electric Pump) จำนวน 3 เครื่อง แต่ละเครื่องมีขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 5.5 kW สามารถสูบน้ำได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 60 ลูกบาศก์เมตรต่อชั่วโมง ที่ระยะส่งรวมไม่น้อยกว่า 15 เมตร
• ติดตั้งชุดควบคุม Smart Solar Hybrid Inverter Pump จำนวน 3 ชุด แต่ละชุดมีขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 5.5 kW สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับแผงโซล่าเซลล์และแหล่งพลังงานไฟฟ้าอื่น ๆ
• ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ควบคุมและแสดงผลระยะไกล (Remote Monitoring) เพื่อตรวจสอบและควบคุมการทำงานของระบบ
• ติดตั้งชุดกล่องรวมสายไฟ สวิตช์ป้องกัน และอุปกรณ์ป้องกันไฟกระชาก
• ติดตั้งมิเตอร์วัดปริมาณน้ำ (Water Meter)
• ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ป้องกันเมื่อเกิดภาวะน้ำแห้ง (Dry Run Start-Stop Sensor) และอุปกรณ์วัดระดับน้ำ (Liquid Level Transmitter)
• ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์วัดแรงดัน (Pressure Transducer) และอุปกรณ์วัดความเข้มแสง (Solar Radiation Meter)

เป้าหมายหลักของโครงการคือการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการส่งน้ำ ลดการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าจากแหล่งอื่น และส่งเสริมการใช้พลังงานทดแทนที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม

This project aims to improve the water distribution system of Mae Ao Yai Reservoir in Nakhon Chedi Sub-district, Pa Sang District, Lamphun Province, by installing a high-efficiency solar-powered pumping system.

The scope of work includes:

• Installation of a solar panel array with a capacity of at least 32 kW, manufactured in Thailand.
• Installation of 3 submersible electric pumps, each with a capacity of at least 5.5 kW and capable of pumping at least 60 cubic meters per hour at a total head of at least 15 meters.
• Installation of 3 Smart Solar Hybrid Inverter Pump control units, each with a capacity of at least 5.5 kW, capable of connecting to solar panels and other power sources.
• Installation of remote monitoring equipment for checking and controlling the system’s operation.
• Installation of a combiner box, protection switches, and surge protection devices.
• Installation of a water meter.
• Installation of a Dry Run Start-Stop Sensor and a Liquid Level Transmitter.
• Installation of a Pressure Transducer and a Solar Radiation Meter.

The main goals of the project are to increase the efficiency of water distribution, reduce electricity consumption from other sources, and promote the use of environmentally friendly renewable energy.
