โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงโครงสร้างถนนเดิมให้มีสภาพดีขึ้น และเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการสัญจร โดยมีขอบเขตงานหลักคือ การปรับปรุงโครงสร้างถนนเดิม, งานผิวทาง, งานแทคโค้ต, งานแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต และงานตีเส้นจราจร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามแบบรูปรายการและสัญญาจ้างงานก่อสร้างอย่างเคร่งครัด การจ่ายเงินจะแบ่งเป็น 2 งวด โดยงวดแรกจ่ายเมื่อทำงานโครงสร้าง ผิวทาง แทคโค้ต และแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตแล้วเสร็จไม่น้อยกว่า 50% และงวดที่สองจ่ายเมื่อทำงานทั้งหมดแล้วเสร็จ รวมถึงงานตีเส้นจราจร การรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องมีระยะเวลา 1 ปี

This project aims to improve the existing road structure and enhance traffic safety. The main scope of work includes restructuring the existing road, pavement work, tack coat, asphalt concrete, and traffic line marking. The contractor must strictly adhere to the specifications and construction contract. Payment will be divided into two installments: the first upon completion of at least 50% of the road structure, pavement, tack coat, and asphalt concrete work, and the second upon completion of all work, including traffic line marking. The warranty period for defects is one year.
