ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการจัดหากระบอกฉีดยาจำนวน 480,000 ชิ้น ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่ระบุ และส่งมอบให้แก่โรงพยาบาลกุมภวาปีภายใน 30 วันหลังจากได้รับใบสั่งซื้อ
ผู้เสนอราคาต้องส่งตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์ให้โรงพยาบาลพิจารณา และผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ส่งมอบต้องมีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 1 ปีนับจากวันผลิต โรงพยาบาลสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกสัญญา หากพบความบกพร่องด้านคุณภาพหรือบริการ
This project aims to procure sterile, single-use hypodermic syringes for patient care at Kumphawapi Hospital.
