รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขระบบปรับอากาศภายในคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์เกื้อการุณย์ มหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราช เพื่อให้เครื่องปรับอากาศมีสภาพพร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ สร้างความปลอดภัยให้กับผู้ใช้งาน และเป็นการดูแลรักษาทรัพย์สินของมหาวิทยาลัย
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาระบบปรับอากาศหลากหลายประเภท ได้แก่ ระบบปรับอากาศแบบแยกส่วน, ระบบปรับอากาศแบบรวมศูนย์ (Chiller System), แอร์ VRV, VRF, AHU, FCU, เครื่องส่งลมเย็น, พัดลมระบายอากาศ, มอเตอร์ปั๊มน้ำ, และท่อส่งน้ำ โดยมีการกำหนดรายละเอียดการบำรุงรักษาเป็นรายเดือน ราย 3 เดือน ราย 6 เดือน และรายปี
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดส่งช่างซ่อมบำรุงที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด รวมถึงวิศวกรที่มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม เพื่อควบคุมงาน นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำแผนการปฏิบัติงานต่างๆ และดูแลให้พนักงานปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์เกื้อการุณย์
ระยะเวลาในการดำเนินการคือ 12 เดือน โดยมีการแบ่งจ่ายเงินเป็นงวดๆ ตามการส่งมอบงานที่ตรวจรับเรียบร้อยแล้ว
This project aims to hire maintenance and repair services for air conditioning systems within the Faculty of Nursing, Navamindradhiraj University. The objective is to ensure the air conditioning systems are always in good working condition, provide safety for users, and maintain the university’s assets.
The scope of work includes the maintenance of various types of air conditioning systems, including split-type systems, central systems (Chiller System), VRV, VRF, AHU, FCU, air handling units, exhaust fans, water pump motors, and water pipes. Maintenance details are specified on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
The contractor must provide qualified maintenance technicians and licensed engineers to supervise the work. Additionally, the contractor must develop work plans and ensure that employees comply with the regulations of the Faculty of Nursing.
The project duration is 12 months, with payments made in installments upon successful completion and inspection of each deliverable.
