โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงระบบ Intercom ที่ด่านเก็บเงินค่าธรรมเนียมผ่านทาง จำนวน 17 แห่ง บนทางหลวงพิเศษหมายเลข 7 ช่วงชลบุรี-พัทยา ซึ่งใช้งานมานานกว่า 7 ปี และมีปัญหาเรื่องสัญญาณเสียงไม่ชัดเจน, อุปกรณ์เก่า, และสายสัญญาณชำรุด. ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการจัดหาและติดตั้งระบบ Intercom ใหม่, การรื้อถอนระบบเดิม, การเดินสายสัญญาณ, การติดตั้งในท่อร้อยสายตามมาตรฐาน มอก. และ วสท., การออกแบบระบบให้ลดเสียงรบกวน, และการรับประกันระบบเป็นเวลา 2 ปี. ผู้รับจ้างต้องติดตั้ง Master Intercom ที่อาคารควบคุม และ Sub Intercom ที่ตู้เก็บเงิน, รวมถึงจัดหา Power Supply Unit. ระบบต้องรองรับ Sub Intercom ได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 20 ตัวต่อ Master Intercom 1 ตัว.

This project aims to upgrade the Intercom system at 17 toll booths on Highway No. 7, Chonburi-Pattaya section. The existing system has been in use for over 7 years and suffers from unclear audio signals, outdated equipment, and damaged wiring. The scope of work includes procuring and installing a new Intercom system, dismantling the old system, wiring, installation in conduits according to TIS and EIT standards, designing the system to minimize noise, and providing a 2-year warranty. The contractor must install Master Intercoms at the control building and Sub Intercoms at the toll booths, as well as provide a Power Supply Unit. The system must support at least 20 Sub Intercoms per Master Intercom.
