โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อตลับบรรจุสารไฮโดรเจนเพอร์ออกไซด์ (Sterrad ๑๐๐S Cassette) จำนวน 340 ชุด เพื่อให้มีวัสดุการแพทย์ที่เพียงพอต่อการใช้งานและให้บริการผู้ป่วยของโรงพยาบาลหนองคาย โดยตลับบรรจุสารดังกล่าวจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติทั่วไปคือ เป็นสารละลายไฮโดรเจนเพอร์ออกไซด์ ความเข้มข้น 58-59% บรรจุใน Cassette ที่ปลอดภัย และมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะคือใช้งานได้กับเครื่องอบฆ่าเชื้อ Sterrad 900S, 1 Cassette ใช้งานได้ 5 รอบ, มีระบบป้องกันการรั่วซึม, มีแถบสีแสดงการรั่วซึม, มี Bar Code, Lot No., และวันหมดอายุที่ชัดเจน, สามารถเก็บรักษาที่อุณหภูมิห้องหรือตู้เย็นธรรมดาได้, และมีอายุการใช้งานไม่น้อยกว่า 5 เดือน ณ วันที่ส่งมอบ
ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, ไม่อยู่ระหว่างเลิกกิจการ, ไม่เป็นผู้ทิ้งงาน, และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง
การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะพิจารณาจากเกณฑ์การเสนอราคาต่ำสุดเป็นผู้ชนะการเสนอราคา โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 1,462,000.00 บาท กำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 60 วันหลังได้รับใบสั่งซื้อ และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา 1 ปี
This project aims to procure 340 units of Hydrogen Peroxide Cassettes (Sterrad 100S Cassette) to ensure sufficient medical supplies for patient care at Nong Khai Hospital. The cassettes must meet specific requirements, including a hydrogen peroxide concentration of 58-59%, compatibility with Sterrad 900S sterilizers, a capacity of 5 cycles per cassette, a leak-proof design, a leak indicator, clear labeling with Bar Code, Lot No., and expiration date, suitable storage at room temperature or in a regular refrigerator, and a minimum shelf life of 5 months upon delivery.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria such as legal capacity, solvency, good standing, and registration in the government’s e-GP system.
The selection will be based on the lowest offered price, with a budget of 1,462,000.00 THB. Delivery is required within 60 days of receiving the purchase order, and a 1-year warranty against defects is included.
