โครงการนี้เป็นการจ้างก่อสร้างบ้านพักระดับ พล.ร.ต. จำนวน 3 หลัง พร้อมด้วยสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและระบบสาธารณูปโภคครบครัน โดยมีรายละเอียดงานครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การเตรียมพื้นที่, งานโครงสร้าง (เสาเข็ม, ฐานราก, คาน, เสา, พื้น), งานสถาปัตยกรรม (ผนัง, ฝ้า, ประตู, หน้าต่าง, วัสดุปูพื้น, สุขภัณฑ์), งานระบบ (ไฟฟ้า, ประปา, สุขาภิบาล, ปรับอากาศ), งานเฟอร์นิเจอร์ (ลอยตัว, Built-in), งานภายนอกอาคาร (ถนน, ลาน, ระบบประปา-สุขาภิบาล, ไฟฟ้า) และงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง การจ่ายเงินแบ่งเป็น 54 งวดงาน โดยมีระยะเวลาก่อสร้างทั้งหมด 330 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ผู้รับจ้างสามารถส่งมอบงานและขอเบิกเงินข้ามงวดได้ ยกเว้นงวดที่ 1 และงวดสุดท้าย (งวดที่ 54) เนื้องานในแต่ละงวดจะมีความต่อเนื่องกันตามลำดับของงานก่อสร้างบ้านพักแต่ละหลัง

This project involves the construction of three residences for Rear Admiral (พล.ร.ต.) level officers, complete with amenities and utilities. The scope of work includes site preparation, structural work (piles, foundations, beams, columns, floors), architectural work (walls, ceilings, doors, windows, flooring, sanitary ware), MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, sanitary, air conditioning), furniture (loose furniture, built-in furniture), external works (roads, yards, plumbing and sanitary systems, electricity), and other related tasks. Payment is divided into 54 installments, with a total construction period of 330 days from the contract signing date. The contractor can submit work and request payment across installments, except for the 1st and 54th (final) installments. The work in each installment is sequentially linked to the construction of each house.
