โครงการชลประทานอุบลราชธานี ดำเนินการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างเพื่อติดตั้งระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าจากเซลล์แสงอาทิตย์ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 250 กิโลวัตต์ ณ สถานีสูบน้ำด้วยไฟฟ้าบ้านโนนข่า (แห่งที่ 2) จ.อุบลราชธานี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงสถานีสูบน้ำให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น และลดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านพลังงาน ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการจัดหาและติดตั้งแผงโซลาร์เซลล์, อินเวอร์เตอร์, อุปกรณ์เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ (Power Optimizer), ระบบตรวจสอบ ควบคุม และแสดงผล (Monitoring System), โครงสร้างรองรับแผง, ระบบโคมไฟส่องสว่าง LED พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์, รวมถึงระบบ CCTV และรั้วรอบพื้นที่ติดตั้ง ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทำ Shop Drawing, รายการคำนวณ, และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยมีวิศวกรไฟฟ้าควบคุมดูแล นอกจากนี้ ยังรวมถึงการฝึกอบรมบุคลากร, จัดทำคู่มือ, และการรับประกันระบบ งบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 13,292,254.00 บาท

The Ubon Ratchathani Irrigation Project is undertaking a procurement and installation project for a solar power system with a minimum capacity of 250 kW at the Ban Non Kha Pumping Station (No. 2), Ubon Ratchathani Province. The objective is to improve the efficiency of the pumping station and reduce energy costs. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of solar panels, inverters, power optimizers, a monitoring system, supporting structures, LED solar street lights, CCTV system, and fencing around the installation area. The contractor must provide shop drawings, calculations, and related documents, supervised by a qualified electrical engineer. Training, manuals, and system warranty are also included. The project budget is 13,292,254.00 Baht.
