โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อฟื้นฟูระบบนิเวศทางทะเลบริเวณเกาะสีชัง จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยการก่อสร้างและวางปะการังเทียมคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 1,500 แท่ง แต่ละแท่งมีขนาด 1.50x1.50x1.50 เมตร โครงการนี้จะดำเนินการบริเวณแหลมงู (จุดทิ้งตำแหน่งเดิม) ตําบลท่าเทววงษ์ อําเภอเกาะสีชัง จังหวัดชลบุรี ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการสำรวจพื้นที่ การเขียนแบบ การออกแบบ การจัดหาพื้นที่สำหรับหล่อแท่งปะการัง การหล่อแท่งคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก การขนย้าย และการวางแท่งปะการังเทียมในตำแหน่งที่กำหนด นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการติดตั้งทุ่นลอยน้ำพร้อมโซ่ที่ยึดติดกับปะการังเทียมเพื่อแสดงตำแหน่งให้เรียบร้อยก่อนทิ้งปะการังเทียมลงทะเล
This project aims to restore the marine ecosystem around Koh Si Chang, Chonburi province, by constructing and deploying at least 1,500 reinforced concrete artificial reefs, each measuring 1.50x1.50x1.50 meters. The project will take place in the Laem Ngu area (original dumping site), Tha Thewawong sub-district, Koh Si Chang district, Chonburi province. The scope of work includes site survey, drawing, design, securing a casting area for the artificial reef blocks, casting reinforced concrete blocks, transporting, and deploying the artificial reefs in the designated locations. Additionally, the contractor must install floating buoys with chains attached to the artificial reefs to clearly mark their positions before deploying them into the sea.
