โครงการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างนี้เป็นการเช่าเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์อัตโนมัติทางภูมิคุ้มกันวิทยา พร้อมน้ำยา จำนวน 1 เครื่อง สำหรับโรงพยาบาลปากช่องนานา อำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ระยะเวลาการเช่า 3 ปี (พ.ศ. 2568-2570) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้บริการตรวจวิเคราะห์ทางภูมิคุ้มกันวิทยา จำนวน 21 รายการ ได้แก่ Anti-HBS, Anti-HCV, Anti-HBc, HBsAg, Anti-HIV/HIV Ag, AFP, CEA, Total PSA, CA 19-9, CA-125, CA-15-3, Beta-HCG, TSH, FT3, FT4, Testosterone, Cortisol, Ferritin, PTH, NT-proBNP และ Troponin I/Troponin T (high sensitivity) ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการติดตั้งเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์, จัดหาน้ำยาและวัสดุสิ้นเปลือง, การบำรุงรักษา, การสอบเทียบ, การฝึกอบรมบุคลากร, และการสนับสนุนทางวิชาการ ผู้ให้เช่าต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการเชื่อมต่อระบบสารสนเทศของโรงพยาบาล และจัดให้มีโปรแกรม Internal Quality Control (IQC) รวมถึงการสมัครโปรแกรมการเปรียบเทียบผลระหว่างห้องปฏิบัติการ (EQA) หรือ Interlaboratory comparison เกณฑ์การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาจากราคารวม

This project is for the rental of one automated immunoassay analyzer with reagents for Pakchongnana Hospital, Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The rental period is 3 years (2025-2027). The objective is to provide immunoassay analysis services for 21 items: Anti-HBS, Anti-HCV, Anti-HBc, HBsAg, Anti-HIV/HIV Ag, AFP, CEA, Total PSA, CA 19-9, CA-125, CA-15-3, Beta-HCG, TSH, FT3, FT4, Testosterone, Cortisol, Ferritin, PTH, NT-proBNP, and Troponin I/Troponin T (high sensitivity). The scope of work includes the installation of the analyzer, provision of reagents and consumables, maintenance, calibration, personnel training, and technical support. The lessor is responsible for the cost of connecting to the hospital’s information system and providing an Internal Quality Control (IQC) program, including enrollment in an External Quality Assessment (EQA) program or Interlaboratory comparison. The selection criteria will be based on the total price.
