รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) ภายในหมู่บ้านในตำบลไร่ใต้ อำเภอพิบูลมังสาหาร จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้:
- ก่อสร้างถนน คสล. หนา 0.15 เมตร ตามแบบมาตรฐานเลขที่ ค.2-0.15/4-6
- ปรับปรุงพื้นทางเดิมให้เรียบและแน่น
- ใช้วัสดุที่ได้มาตรฐาน มอก. เช่น เหล็กเส้น SR24, เหล็กข้ออ้อย SD40, และ Wire Mesh
- ควบคุมคุณภาพคอนกรีตให้ได้กำลังอัดตามที่กำหนด (280 ksc. Cube ที่ 28 วัน)
- บ่มผิวทางคอนกรีตอย่างน้อย 7 วัน
- มีการทดสอบคุณภาพคอนกรีตจากหน่วยงานราชการที่มีหน้าที่ในการทดสอบวัสดุ
- ดำเนินการก่อสร้างโดยไม่กีดขวางการจราจร และมีป้ายเตือน/เครื่องหมายที่ชัดเจน
- ใช้พัสดุ/วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 และใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องศึกษาแบบรูปรายการก่อสร้างให้ละเอียด และดำเนินการก่อสร้างโดยเร็ว โดยคำนึงถึงข้อกำหนดและมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด
The project involves the construction of reinforced concrete (RC) roads within the village in Rai Tai Sub-district, Phibun Mangsahan District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. The project details include:
- Construction of 0.15 m thick RC roads according to standard drawing No. Kor.2-0.15/4-6.
- Improving the existing road surface to be smooth and compacted.
- Using materials that meet TIS standards such as SR24 steel bars, SD40 deformed bars, and Wire Mesh.
- Controlling concrete quality to achieve the specified compressive strength (280 ksc. Cube at 28 days).
- Curing the concrete surface for at least 7 days.
- Conducting concrete quality testing by an accredited government agency.
- Carrying out construction without obstructing traffic and with clear warning signs/markings.
- Using domestic materials/supplies not less than 60 percent and using domestic steel not less than 90 percent.
The contractor shall study the construction drawings in detail and proceed with the construction as soon as possible, taking into account all relevant requirements and standards.
