โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กโดยการเสริมผิวแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต (ซอยฐานบั้งไฟ) ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:
- งานผิวทาง (Surface Courses): รวมถึงงานแอสฟัลท์คอนกรีต (Asphalt Concrete) สำหรับชั้นผิวทางแอสฟัลท์คอนกรีต (Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course)
- งานไพรม์โค้ต และแทคโค้ต (Prime Coat & Tack Coat): รวมถึงงานลาดแอสฟัลต์แทคโค้ต (Tack Coat)
- งานเบ็ดเตล็ด (Miscellaneous): รวมถึงงานตีเส้นจราจร (Markings) ด้วยสีเทอร์โมพลาสติก (Thermoplastic Paint) ระดับ 1 (สีเหลืองและสีขาว)
โครงการนี้ดำเนินการโดยองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลกุดธาตุ โดยใช้วิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อให้เกิดความเป็นธรรมและโปร่งใสในการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง
This project involves the improvement of reinforced concrete roads by overlaying them with asphalt concrete (soil base blasting). The main construction work items include:
- Surface Courses: Including asphalt concrete work for the asphalt concrete wearing course.
- Prime Coat & Tack Coat: Including tack coat application.
- Miscellaneous: Including road marking with Level 1 thermoplastic paint (yellow & white).
The project is being undertaken by the Kut That Subdistrict Administrative Organization, using the e-bidding method to ensure fairness and transparency in procurement.
