โครงการจัดซื้อเครื่องวิเคราะห์ทางความร้อนเชิงพลังงาน (DSC) พร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบ ได้แก่ คอมพิวเตอร์ประมวลผล, เครื่องสำรองไฟฟ้า, โต๊ะหิน และแก๊สออกซิเจน, แก๊สไนโตรเจน สำหรับใช้งานในสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการอาหาร คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเทพสตรี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คุณสมบัติทางกายภาพและเคมีของสารตัวอย่าง เช่น การหาจุดหลอมเหลว, อุณหภูมิการเปลี่ยนแปลงสถานะ, และการตกผลึก เครื่องมือนี้มีหลักการทำงานแบบ power compensation และ heat flux, สามารถควบคุมการทดลองได้ง่าย, และมีช่วงอุณหภูมิการทำงานที่กว้าง พร้อมความแม่นยำสูง

The project involves the procurement of a Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) and related equipment, including a processing computer, uninterruptible power supply, a stone table, and oxygen and nitrogen gases for use in the Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Science and Technology, Thepsatri Rajabhat University. The objective is to analyze the physical and chemical properties of sample substances, such as determining melting points, transition temperatures, and crystallization. This instrument operates on the principles of power compensation and heat flux, allows for easy experiment control, and has a wide operating temperature range with high accuracy.
