โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงเส้นท่อประปาบนถนนทวีราษฎร์ภักดี จากแยกพรุหน้าเมืองถึงแยกคลองแขก ในตำบลมะเร็ต อำเภอเกาะสมุย จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ตามแบบแปลนที่กำหนด โดยการประปาส่วนภูมิภาคเกาะสมุยมีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะลดปริมาณน้ำสูญเสียและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจ่ายน้ำประปาให้แก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาท่อ วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ พร้อมทำการก่อสร้าง วางท่อ ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ ทดสอบการทำงาน และประสานท่อประปาตามแบบแปลน ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องทำการทดสอบท่อที่วางใหม่ในด้านความสามารถในการรับแรงดันน้ำและการรั่วซึม รวมถึงการล้างท่อเมื่อเสร็จสิ้นการทดสอบ หากมีท่อเดิมที่ต้องยกเลิก ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการยกเลิกให้เรียบร้อย พร้อมจัดหาท่อและอุปกรณ์ใหม่เพื่อประสานท่อเมนเดิมเข้ากับท่อเมนที่วางใหม่ และเชื่อมต่อกับผู้ใช้น้ำรายเดิมให้สามารถใช้น้ำได้ตามปกติ

นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ใหม่ทั้งหมดสำหรับการประสานท่อเมนใหม่กับผู้ใช้น้ำรายเดิม (ยกเว้นชุดมาตรวัดน้ำ ขาตั้งมาตรวัดน้ำ และ Corporation Stop) และทำการย้ายมาตรวัดน้ำที่อยู่ในตำแหน่งที่ไม่เหมาะสมไปยังบริเวณที่สะดวกและปลอดภัยในการดูแลรักษา ผู้รับจ้างยังต้องทำการตีตรามาตรวัดน้ำใหม่ และติดตั้งประตูน้ำพร้อมฝาครอบสำหรับท่อเมนรองที่มีขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลางตั้งแต่ 50 มม. ขึ้นไป รวมถึงซ่อมแซมพื้นที่ที่ขุดดินวางท่อประปาให้กลับสู่สภาพเดิม

ระยะเวลาในการก่อสร้างโครงการนี้คือ 120 วัน โดยมีการแบ่งงวดงานและการจ่ายเงินเป็น 2 งวดตามความสำเร็จของงานที่กำหนดไว้

This project aims to improve the water pipeline on Thaveeratphakdee Road, from Phru Na Mueang Intersection to Khlong Khaek Intersection in Maret Subdistrict, Koh Samui District, Surat Thani Province, according to the specified blueprint. The Provincial Waterworks Authority Koh Samui is committed to reducing water loss and increasing the efficiency of water supply to the public in the area.

The scope of work includes procuring pipes, materials, and equipment, along with construction, pipe laying, equipment installation, function testing, and water pipe coordination according to the blueprint. The contractor must test the newly laid pipes for water pressure resistance and leakage, as well as flush the pipes upon completion of testing. If there are old pipes that need to be decommissioned, the contractor must decommission them properly and procure new pipes and equipment to coordinate the original main pipe with the newly laid main pipe, and connect with the original water users so that they can use water as usual.

In addition, the contractor must replace all new equipment for coordinating the new main pipe with the original water users (except for water meter sets, water meter stands, and Corporation Stops) and relocate water meters in unsuitable locations to areas that are convenient and safe to maintain. The contractor must also re-stamp the water meters and install gate valves with covers for secondary main pipes with a diameter of 50 mm or more, as well as repair the areas where the water pipes were laid back to their original condition.

The construction period for this project is 120 days, with work installments and payments divided into 2 installments according to the success of the specified work.
