โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจ้างเหมางานตัดหญ้า (Grass Cutting and Clearing) และทำการเก็บเศษหญ้า, ขยะ พร้อมขนทิ้ง บนทางหลวงพิเศษหมายเลข 7 ตอนควบคุม 0106 ตอน ตะเคียนเตี้ย - พลา ระหว่าง กม.132+200 ถึง กม.150+850 ด้านซ้ายทางและขวาทาง เป็นช่วง ๆ ครอบคลุมพื้นที่รวม 6,265,746.00 ตร.ม. โดยใช้วิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อหาผู้รับจ้างที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมในการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของกรมทางหลวง เพื่อบำรุงรักษาทางหลวงพิเศษให้มีความปลอดภัย สวยงาม และอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้ใช้ทาง

This project is a bidding process for grass cutting and waste collection on Highway No. 7, Section Takhian Tia - Phala, from km 132+200 to km 150+850 on both sides, covering an area of 6,265,746 sq m.
