โครงการปรับปรุงถนนลูกรังด้วยหินคลุกนี้ ดำเนินการโดยองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งแก้ว มีเป้าหมายเพื่อปรับปรุงเส้นทางจากสะพานห้วยปุ๋ยถึงคลองชลประทาน ในหมู่ที่ 4 ตำบลทุ่งแค้ว อำเภอหนองม่วงไข่ จังหวัดแพร่ โดยจะทำการปรับปรุงผิวจราจรด้วยหินคลุก หนาเฉลี่ย 0.10 เมตร และบดอัดแน่นไม่น้อยกว่า 95% STANDARD PROCTOR DENSITY ตามมาตรฐานงานทางสำหรับองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น (แบบเลขที่ ทถ-2-304) ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการทดสอบหินคลุกถม CBR ทั้งหมด และต้องติดตั้งป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการขนาด 1.20 x 2.40 เมตร ก่อนเริ่มดำเนินการก่อสร้าง โดยสถานที่ติดตั้งป้ายจะขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของช่างผู้ควบคุมงาน

This project involves the improvement of a laterite road with crushed rock from the Huai Pui Bridge to the irrigation canal in Moo 4, Thung Kaeo Subdistrict, Nong Muang Khai District, Phrae Province. The aim is to enhance traffic convenience and safety. The contractor is required to conduct CBR testing of the crushed rock fill and compact it to the specified standards. Additionally, the contractor needs to install a project sign before the construction begins.
