โรงพยาบาลปทุมธานีมีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างเหมาบริการรักษาความปลอดภัยเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี (ปีงบประมาณ 2568) โดยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) วงเงินงบประมาณ 4,200,000 บาท ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการรักษาความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของโรงพยาบาล บุคลากร ผู้ป่วย และผู้มาติดต่อราชการ รวมถึงการป้องกันอุบัติภัย อัคคีภัย การจัดการจราจร และการดูแลพื้นที่จอดรถภายในและโดยรอบโรงพยาบาล ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยจำนวน 18 คน (พนักงาน 16 คน และหัวหน้า 2 คน) แบ่งเป็น 2 ผลัด ผลัดละ 12 ชั่วโมง พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น ผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย, มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี (สำหรับพนักงานประจำจุด), และต้องได้รับใบอนุญาตตาม พ.ร.บ. ธุรกิจรักษาความปลอดภัย พ.ศ. 2558 (สำหรับหัวหน้าชุด) ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบความเสียหายหรือสูญหายของทรัพย์สินที่เกิดจากการโจรกรรม หรืองัดแงะ และต้องจัดทำแผนการรักษาความปลอดภัยและรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานเป็นประจำ

Pathum Thani Hospital intends to hire a security service contractor for a period of 1 year (fiscal year 2025) through an electronic bidding process (e-bidding) with a budget of 4,200,000 baht. The scope of work covers the security of life and property of the hospital, personnel, patients, and visitors, including accident prevention, fire prevention, traffic management, and parking area management within and around the hospital. The contractor must provide 18 security personnel (16 staff and 2 supervisors), divided into 2 shifts of 12 hours each. Security personnel must meet specified qualifications, such as passing a security training course, having at least 2 years of work experience (for point guards), and must be licensed under the Security Business Act B.E. 2558 (for team leaders). The contractor is responsible for damage or loss of property resulting from theft or break-ins and must prepare security plans and performance reports regularly.
