สำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) มีความประสงค์จะเช่าคอมพิวเตอร์แบบพกพาจำนวน 60 เครื่อง เพื่อใช้ในงานสำนักงานประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 โดยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อทดแทนเครื่องเดิมที่กำลังจะหมดสัญญาเช่า
วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่และลูกจ้างของ สสส. มีเครื่องมือที่ทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน สอดคล้องกับภารกิจขององค์กร
ขอบเขตงานรวมถึง การจัดหา, นำส่ง, ติดตั้ง, และการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ พร้อมทั้งบริการหลังการขาย เช่น การแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค, การให้คำปรึกษา, และการสนับสนุนด้านซอฟต์แวร์
คุณสมบัติของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ต้องการ คือเป็นเครื่องแบบพกพาที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง, น้ำหนักเบา, รองรับระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows รุ่น Professional, มีหน่วยประมวลผล AI, หน่วยความจำและพื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูลที่เพียงพอ, หน้าจอ Multi-Touch, และคุณสมบัติอื่นๆ ที่จำเป็นสำหรับการทำงานในปัจจุบัน โดยมีระยะเวลาการเช่า 1095 วัน และมีการแบ่งจ่ายงวดงานเป็น 18 งวด ตามการใช้งานจริง
ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด, มีประสบการณ์ในการให้บริการเช่าคอมพิวเตอร์, และมีหนังสือรับรองการเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากผู้ผลิตโดยตรง

The Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth) intends to rent 60 portable computers for office use in the 2025 fiscal year through electronic bidding (e-bidding) to replace existing computers that are nearing the end of their lease. The main objective is to provide ThaiHealth staff and employees with modern and efficient tools for their work, in line with the organization’s mission. The scope of work includes the procurement, delivery, installation, and maintenance of computers, as well as after-sales services such as technical support, consultation, and software support. The required computer specifications include high performance, lightweight, support for Microsoft Windows Professional, AI processing unit, sufficient memory and storage, Multi-Touch screen, and other essential features for current work requirements. The lease period is 1095 days, with payments divided into 18 installments based on actual usage. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, have experience in providing computer rental services, and possess a letter of authorization from the manufacturer.
