องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเชิงทะเล (อบต.) มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อระบบประปาแบบถังตกตะกอนชนิด JET CLARIFIER พร้อมติดตั้ง ณ ระบบประปาขุมน้ำบาลาย หมู่ที่ 5 เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำไม่เพียงพอสำหรับการอุปโภคบริโภคของประชาชนในพื้นที่ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อผลิตน้ำประปาที่มีคุณภาพสำหรับให้บริการประชาชนในหมู่ที่ 5 โดยผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องจัดหาและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ทุ่นลอยน้ำ, ปั๊มสูบน้ำ, ชุดจ่ายเคมี, ถังตกตะกอน, ถังพักน้ำ, เครื่องกรองน้ำ, เครื่องป้องกันการเกิดตะกรัน, และตู้ควบคุมระบบ รวมถึงงานคอนกรีตและงานปูนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการติดตั้งระบบทั้งหมด ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 1,000,000 บาท และจะต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การจ่ายเงินจะจ่ายงวดเดียว 100% เมื่อส่งมอบงานแล้วเสร็จตามสัญญา

The Cheong Thale municipality is procuring a JET CLARIFIER type sedimentation tank water supply system and its installation at the Banlay well water supply system, Village No. 5 to solve the problem of insufficient water for consumption in the area. The project aims to produce quality tap water for the people of Village No. 5. Bidders must procure and install various equipment as specified in the TOR, including floating buoys, water pumps, chemical feed units, sedimentation tanks, water storage tanks, water filters, anti-scale machines, and system control cabinets, as well as concrete and masonry work related to the entire system installation. Bidders must have similar construction experience of no less than 1,000,000 baht, and complete the work within 120 days from the date of contract signing. Payment will be made in one installment of 100% upon successful delivery of the work according to the contract.
