โครงการจัดซื้อระบบถ่ายภาพในสัตว์ทดลองด้วยระบบถ่ายภาพแบบแสงฟลูออเรสเซนต์และลูมิเนสเซนส์ จำนวน 1 ชุด สำหรับฝ่ายวิจัย คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อรองรับงานวิจัยและให้บริการนักวิจัยในการถ่ายภาพสัตว์ทดลอง (หนูไมซ์) ด้วยระบบเรืองแสงฟลูออเรสเซนต์ (Fluorescence), ระบบเรืองแสงชีวภาพลูมิเนสเซนส์ (Bioluminescence) และรังสีเอกซ์ (X-ray) ระบบนี้จะต้องสามารถถ่ายภาพหนูไมซ์ได้อย่างน้อย 10 ตัวพร้อมกัน มีพื้นที่การมองเห็นภาพไม่น้อยกว่า 22 x 22 ซม. และมีประสิทธิภาพเชิงควอนตัมสูง ระบบต้องประกอบด้วยแหล่งกำเนิดแสง LED หรือ Quartz Halogen, กล้องถ่ายภาพ Back-illuminated CCD ความละเอียดสูง, ระบบทำความเย็น, และซอฟต์แวร์ประมวลผลภาพที่มีฟังก์ชัน Spectral unmixing และสามารถตรวจจับเป้าหมายหลายตัวได้ การติดตั้งรวมถึงการปรับปรุงสถานที่ และมีการรับประกันสินค้าไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี พร้อมการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ปีละครั้ง

This project involves the procurement of an In-Vivo Imaging System with Fluorescence and Bioluminescence capabilities, along with X-ray functionality, for the Research Department, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University. The primary objective is to support research and provide services to researchers requiring imaging of laboratory animals (mice) using fluorescence, bioluminescence, and X-ray systems. The system must be capable of imaging at least 10 mice simultaneously, with an optical field of view of at least 22 x 22 cm, and high quantum efficiency. The system includes an LED or Quartz Halogen light source, a high-resolution Back-illuminated CCD camera, a cooling system, and image processing software with spectral unmixing and multi-target detection capabilities. Installation includes site preparation, and the system must have a warranty of at least 3 years, with annual preventive maintenance.
