โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อเครื่องจี้ตาด้วยความเย็น จำนวน 1 เครื่อง ให้แก่โรงพยาบาลศูนย์การแพทย์มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ เพื่อนำมาใช้ในการให้บริการผู้ป่วยในห้องผ่าตัด โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในการผ่าตัดรักษาโรคต้อหิน ต้อกระจก และจอประสาทตา ซึ่งจะช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการรักษาและลดความเสี่ยงให้แก่ผู้ป่วย

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาเครื่องจี้ตาด้วยความเย็นที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น เป็นเครื่องชนิดใช้ไฟฟ้า 220V, มีหัวจี้พร้อมสายสำหรับรักษาโรคตาต่างๆ, สามารถควบคุมการทำงานด้วยเท้า, ใช้แก๊สคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์หรือแก๊สไนตรัสออกไซด์, มีระบบควบคุมการต่อเชื่อมด้วยระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์, มีระบบ Automatic Purge Cycle, สามารถควบคุมการทำความเย็นและความร้อนแบบเฉียบพลัน, และมีอุปกรณ์ประกอบการใช้งานครบถ้วน

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR และสามารถส่งมอบพัสดุได้ภายใน 120 วันนับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา นอกจากนี้ ผู้ขายจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของเครื่องไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี และดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องทุกๆ 4 เดือนในระยะเวลาประกัน

This project aims to procure one cryotherapy machine for use in the operating rooms of Walailak University Medical Center Hospital. The machine will be used to assist in surgical treatments for glaucoma, cataracts, and retinal diseases, enhancing treatment efficiency and reducing patient risk.

The scope of work includes providing a cryotherapy machine that meets specific requirements, such as being a 220V electric-powered device, having various probes and cables for treating different eye diseases, being foot-switch controlled, using carbon dioxide or nitrous oxide gas, having an electronic connection control system, featuring an Automatic Purge Cycle, having the capacity for rapid cooling and heating control, and including all necessary accessories.

Bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the TOR and be able to deliver the equipment within 120 days from the contract signing date. Additionally, the seller must guarantee the equipment against defects for at least 3 years and perform maintenance every 4 months during the warranty period.
