โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อปูนคลอรีนชนิดผง 65% จำนวน 900 ถัง สำหรับการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค เขต 7 ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 โดยใช้วิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) งบประมาณรวม 2,937,150.00 บาท ผู้เสนอราคาต้องจัดส่งเอกสาร Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) และ Certificate of Analysis (COA) ที่ออกโดยหน่วยงานที่ได้รับการรับรอง การส่งมอบแบ่งเป็นงวด ๆ ตามแผนการจัดซื้อ โดยงวดแรกส่งมอบภายใน 30 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา และงวดถัดไปภายในวันที่ 20 ของแต่ละเดือน มีการชักตัวอย่างปูนคลอรีนก่อนและหลังการส่งมอบเพื่อตรวจสอบคุณภาพ ผู้ขายต้องอำนวยความสะดวกในการชักตัวอย่าง และรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการตรวจสอบ หากไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์ ผู้ซื้อมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาหรือให้ผู้ขายนำสินค้าที่ได้มาตรฐานมาเปลี่ยน เกณฑ์การตัดสินคือราคาต่ำสุดที่ผ่านเกณฑ์คุณภาพ
