โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อคอมพิวเตอร์ตั้งโต๊ะจำนวน 1 เครื่อง สำหรับใช้ในการประมวลผลข้อมูลและควบคุมระบบ Fiber Optic Tapering ภายใต้โครงการ Photonic Waveguide System for Spectroscopy ของศูนย์พัฒนาเทคโนโลยีทัศนศาสตร์และโฟโตนิกส์ สถาบันวิจัยดาราศาสตร์แห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) โดยมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะที่กำหนด ได้แก่ หน่วยประมวลผลกลาง Intel Gen 14 ที่มีอย่างน้อย 14 Core และ 20 Thread, RAM DDR5 32 GB, SSD 1 TB, การเชื่อมต่อเครือข่ายทั้งแบบมีสายและไร้สาย, พอร์ต USB 3.2 จำนวนมาก, จอแสดงผล IPS ขนาด 23.8 นิ้ว, ระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows 11 Professional และซอฟต์แวร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง นอกจากนี้ ตัวเครื่องต้องผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015, FCC, UL, CB หรือ TUV, Energy Star 8.0 และ EPEAT Gold Rating ผู้ขายจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา 3 ปีแบบ Onsite Service
This project aims to procure 1 unit of desktop computer for data processing and controlling the Fiber Optic Tapering system under the Photonic Waveguide System for Spectroscopy project of the Center for Development of Optics and Photonics Technology, National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand (Public Organization). The required specifications include Intel Gen 14 CPU with at least 14 Cores and 20 Threads, 32 GB DDR5 RAM, 1 TB SSD, wired and wireless network connectivity, multiple USB 3.2 ports, 23.8-inch IPS display, Windows 11 Professional operating system, and related software. The device must be certified with ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015, FCC, UL, CB or TUV, Energy Star 8.0 and EPEAT Gold Rating. The seller must provide a 3-year Onsite Service warranty.
