เอกสารนี้ระบุรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของคอนกรีตผสมเสร็จที่ใช้ในโครงการ คอนกรีตผสมเสร็จหมายถึงคอนกรีตที่ผลิตจากโรงงานโดยใช้เครื่องผสม และขนส่งไปยังสถานที่ก่อสร้างด้วยรถโม่ผสมคอนกรีต (Mixer Truck) หรือรถกวน (Agitator Truck) หรือการผสมคอนกรีตโดยใช้รถโม่ผสมคอนกรีต (Mixer Truck) โดยชั่งตวงวัตถุดิบลงในรถโม่ผสมคอนกรีตจากโรงงานโดยตรง และทําการผสมคอนกรีตในรถโม่ผสมคอนกรีตดังกล่าวจนได้เนื้อคอนกรีตที่สม่ำเสมอ คอนกรีตต้องมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมเลขที่ มอก. 213 - 2560 หรือมาตรฐานเทียบเท่า
ผู้ผลิตจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ในการผลิตคอนกรีต เช่น ปูนซีเมนต์ หิน ทราย น้ำ และสารผสมเพิ่มต่างๆ ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานวัสดุของกรมชลประทาน กรมชลประทานสามารถกำหนดอัตราส่วนผสมคอนกรีตให้ผู้ผลิตดำเนินการผลิต หรือให้ผู้ผลิตออกแบบส่วนผสมคอนกรีตเพื่อให้ได้คุณลักษณะตามที่กรมชลประทานต้องการ
ผู้ผลิตต้องควบคุมค่าการยุบตัว (Slump) ของคอนกรีตให้อยู่ในช่วงที่กรมชลประทานกำหนด และห้ามเติมน้ำที่หน้างานเพื่อเพิ่มค่าการยุบตัว การทดสอบกำลังอัดของคอนกรีตจะทำโดยการเก็บตัวอย่างทรงลูกบาศก์มาตรฐาน หากผลการทดสอบกำลังอัดไม่เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด คณะกรรมการตรวจรับพัสดุอาจร้องขอให้ผู้ขายทำการทดสอบกำลังของคอนกรีตที่โครงสร้าง
This document specifies the characteristics of ready-mixed concrete used in the project. Ready-mixed concrete refers to concrete produced in a factory using a mixer and transported to the construction site by a Mixer Truck or Agitator Truck. The concrete must meet the quality standards of TIS 213 - 2560 or equivalent.
The manufacturer is responsible for checking the quality of the raw materials used in the production of concrete, such as cement, stone, sand, water, and admixtures, in accordance with the Department of Royal Irrigation’s material standards. The Department of Royal Irrigation can specify the concrete mix proportion for the manufacturer to produce, or allow the manufacturer to design the concrete mix proportion to obtain the characteristics required by the Department of Royal Irrigation.
The manufacturer must control the slump of the concrete within the range specified by the Department of Royal Irrigation and must not add water at the site to increase the slump. The compressive strength of the concrete will be tested by collecting standard cube samples. If the compressive strength test results do not meet the specified criteria, the inspection committee may request the seller to test the strength of the concrete at the structure.
