โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรกองทุนส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการ ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2568 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะและทักษะเฉพาะด้านการทำงานและการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรของผู้เข้ารับการอบรม ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลในการปฏิบัติงาน รวมถึงให้ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักสมรรถนะและทักษะที่สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของกรมฯ โดยโครงการประกอบด้วย กิจกรรมที่ 1 การอบรมทักษะเฉพาะของบุคลากรกองกองทุนและส่งเสริมความเสมอภาคคนพิการ 4 ภาค และ กิจกรรมที่ 3 การอบรมการสร้างแรงจูงใจในการทำงานด้วย 7Q และการเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมจริยธรรมในองค์กร ระยะเวลา 3 วัน 2 คืน สำหรับบุคลากร 500 คน

The project for the capacity development of personnel of the Fund for the Promotion and Development of the Quality of Life of Persons with Disabilities, fiscal year 2025, aims to enhance the competencies and specific skills in work and personnel development of the trainees, to increase efficiency and effectiveness in their work. It also aims to provide trainees with knowledge and understanding of core competencies and skills aligned with the department’s policies. The project comprises Activity 1: Specific skills training for personnel of the Fund and the promotion of equality for persons with disabilities in 4 regions, and Activity 3: Training on work motivation with 7Q and the promotion of morality and ethics in the organization, a 3-day, 2-night event for 500 personnel.
