โครงการจัดซื้อชุดสอบเทียบเครื่องดึงลวดเหล็กกล้าสำหรับคอนกรีตอัดแรงพร้อมอุปกรณ์ จำนวน 1 ชุด โดยกรมวิทยาศาสตร์บริการ ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ชุดสอบเทียบนี้ประกอบด้วยชุดวัดแรง (Load Cell) 2 ชุด (500 kN และ 5 MN) พร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบอื่นๆ เช่น แผ่นรองกด, แท่นรองกด, แท่นจับยึด, และกล่องสำหรับใส่เครื่องมือ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดหาอุปกรณ์ที่มีคุณภาพสูง สำหรับใช้ในการสอบเทียบเครื่องดึงลวดเหล็กกล้าฯ ให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานสากล ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องจัดส่งอุปกรณ์ที่เป็นของใหม่ มีคุณสมบัติตรงตามที่กำหนด รวมถึงมีใบรับรองผลการสอบเทียบตามมาตรฐาน ISO 376 หรือเทียบเท่า และต้องมีการติดตั้ง อบรมการใช้งาน และรับประกันคุณภาพเป็นเวลา 2 ปี

This project involves the procurement of a calibration set for prestressed concrete steel wire pulling machines, including accessories, totaling 1 set. The procurement is managed by the Department of Science Service through an e-bidding process. The calibration set consists of two load cells (500 kN and 5 MN) and other accessories such as pressure plates, pressure pedestals, fixtures, and tool boxes. The main objective of this project is to acquire high-quality equipment for calibrating prestressed concrete steel wire pulling machines to meet international standards. Bidders must provide new equipment that meets the specified requirements, including a calibration certificate according to ISO 376 or equivalent standards, and must provide installation, training, and a 2-year warranty.
