โครงการก่อสร้าง/ปรับปรุง/ซ่อมแซมสะพานทางเดินเท้า หมู่ที่ ๔ และหมู่ที่ ๑๐ ตําบลทะเลน้อย อําเภอควนขนุน จังหวัดพัทลุง มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่ดังกล่าวมีเส้นทางสัญจรที่สะดวกและปลอดภัยยิ่งขึ้น รวมถึงเป็นการขยายผังเมืองชุมชนบ้านบนออกและบ้านบนกลาง โดยเทศบาลตําบลทะเลน้อยมีความจำเป็นต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างสะพานทางเดินเท้า คสล. จากบ้านนายเทพขวัญ เหมือนขาว ถึงบ้านนางวันดี เหมือนขาว ขนาดกว้าง ๑.๕๐ เมตร ยาว ๑๑๖.๕๐ เมตร หรือพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า ๑๗๔.๗๕ ตารางเมตร

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างสะพานทางเดินเท้าคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก การติดตั้งป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการ การจัดหาบุคลากรประจำโครงการ การจัดส่งวัสดุตัวอย่างเพื่อทดสอบคุณภาพ และการเก็บตัวอย่างคอนกรีตเพื่อตรวจสอบความแข็งแรง ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปี และต้องดำเนินการแก้ไขหากเกิดปัญหา

การดำเนินงานจะแบ่งออกเป็นงวดงาน โดยมีการจ่ายเงินตามความคืบหน้าของงานที่ทำเสร็จ ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และต้องปฏิบัติตามแบบรูปรายการที่เทศบาลตำบลทะเลน้อยกำหนด

The project for the construction/renovation/repair of the pedestrian bridge in Moo 4 and Moo 10, Thale Noi Subdistrict, Khuan Khanun District, Phatthalung Province, aims to provide a convenient and safe route for local residents and to expand the community’s urban plan. The project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete pedestrian bridge from Mr. Thepkhwan Mueankhao’s house to Mrs. Wandee Mueankhao’s house, with a width of 1.50 meters and a length of 116.50 meters, or an area of not less than 174.75 square meters.

The scope of work includes the construction of a reinforced concrete pedestrian bridge, the installation of project information signs, the provision of project personnel, the submission of material samples for quality testing, and the collection of concrete samples to check strength. The contractor must guarantee the work for a period of 2 years and must carry out repairs if problems occur.

The operation will be divided into installments, with payment according to the progress of the completed work. The contractor must meet the specified qualifications and comply with the project specifications set by the Thale Noi Subdistrict Municipality.
