โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักในการปรับปรุงระบบประปาในพื้นที่ กปภ.สาขาผักไห่ เพื่อลดปริมาณน้ำสูญเสียและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจ่ายน้ำให้แก่ผู้ใช้น้ำ โดยมีขอบเขตงานที่สำคัญดังนี้:

• การวางท่อประปาใหม่ทดแทนท่อเดิม โดยใช้วัสดุ HDPE และ PVC ตามขนาดที่ระบุในแบบ
• การประสานท่อเมนเดิมเข้ากับท่อเมนใหม่ และเชื่อมต่อท่อบริการให้กับผู้ใช้น้ำทุกราย
• การติดตั้งและเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ประปา เช่น ประตูน้ำ มาตรวัดน้ำ และอุปกรณ์ประกอบท่อต่างๆ
• การคืนสภาพพื้นผิวจราจรและทางเท้าที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการก่อสร้างให้กลับสู่สภาพเดิม
• การปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานงานก่อสร้างของการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค (กปภ.) อย่างเคร่งครัด รวมถึงมาตรฐานงานวางท่อทั่วไป
• การจัดการท่อและอุปกรณ์ประปาที่ถูกยกเลิก โดยส่งคืนให้กับการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค
• การทาสีฝาครอบท่อและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ตามสีที่กำหนดเพื่อความชัดเจนในการบำรุงรักษา
  โครงการนี้ใช้งบประมาณจากเงินรายได้ของการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค (กปภ.) 100% และมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการตามที่กำหนดในสัญญา

This project aims to improve the water supply system in the PWA Phak Hai branch area to reduce water loss and increase the efficiency of water distribution to consumers. The scope of work includes:

• Replacing old water pipes with new HDPE and PVC pipes according to the sizes specified in the drawings.
• Connecting existing main pipes to new main pipes and connecting service pipes to all water users.
• Installing and replacing plumbing equipment such as gate valves, water meters, and pipe fittings.
• Restoring road and sidewalk surfaces affected by construction to their original condition.
• Strict compliance with the construction standards of the Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA), including general pipe laying standards.
• Management of discarded pipes and plumbing equipment by returning them to the Provincial Waterworks Authority.
• Painting pipe caps and equipment in specified colors for ease of maintenance.
  This project is funded 100% from the revenue of the Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) and has a duration as specified in the contract.
