รายละเอียดการจ้าง
เทศบาลตำบลห้วยน้ําขาว มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อรถโดยสารขนาด 12 ที่นั่ง (ดีเซล) ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 90 กิโลวัตต์ จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อใช้ในภารกิจของกองการศึกษา โรงเรียนบ้านน้ําร้อน และภารกิจอื่นๆ ของเทศบาล โดยรถโดยสารดังกล่าวต้องมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะทางเทคนิคตามที่กำหนดใน TOR เช่น ระบบเกียร์ธรรมดา 5 สปีด, ระบบเบรก ABS, ระบบควบคุมการทรงตัว (VSC), ถุงลมนิรภัยคู่หน้า, เครื่องปรับอากาศ, ฟิล์มกรองแสง และพ่นกันสนิม เป็นต้น
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องเป็นนิติบุคคล มีอาชีพรับจ้างงานที่ประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น ไม่เป็นผู้ถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอ, ไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน, มีหลักฐานการเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายหรือผู้ประกอบการผลิตรถยนต์, ลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด
การพิจารณาผลการยื่นข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา (Price) โดยเทศบาลฯ จะทำการชำระเงินเมื่อผู้ขายได้ส่งมอบรถตามสัญญาและจดทะเบียนโอนรถให้แก่เทศบาลฯ เรียบร้อยแล้ว
The Hua Hin Nam Khao Municipality intends to purchase one 12-seater diesel bus with a cylinder capacity of at least 2,400 cc or a maximum engine power of at least 90 kilowatts. The bus will be used for the missions of the Education Division, Ban Nam Ron School, and other municipal missions. The bus must meet the technical specifications outlined in the TOR, such as a 5-speed manual transmission, ABS brakes, Vehicle Stability Control (VSC), front airbags, air conditioning, window film, and rustproofing.
Bidders must be legal entities, be engaged in electronic bidding, and meet the specified qualifications, such as not being suspended from submitting bids, not having any conflicts of interest, having evidence of being a distributor or manufacturer of automobiles, being registered in the e-GP system of the Comptroller General’s Department, and having a net worth that meets the specified criteria.
The consideration of bids will be based on price. The municipality will make payment once the seller has delivered the bus according to the contract and has registered the transfer of the bus to the municipality.
