โครงการนี้เป็นการจ้างก่อสร้างอาคารพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียนสาธิตแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อใช้เป็นสถานที่จัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่หลากหลาย, ให้บริการทางวิชาการ, และใช้ในพิธีการต่างๆ รวมถึงการประชุมและอบรมสัมมนา ทั้งนี้เพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาทักษะของนักเรียน ตลอดจนบุคลากรภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย โดยขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการก่อสร้างอาคารตามแบบและรายการประกอบแบบ, การรื้อถอนสิ่งก่อสร้างเดิม, การจัดการพื้นที่, และการเชื่อมต่อระบบสาธารณูปโภค โครงการมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 210 วัน และแบ่งการจ่ายเงินเป็น 6 งวดตามความก้าวหน้าของงาน ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 8,000,000 บาท

This project involves the construction of a teaching and learning activity development building for the Demonstration School of Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus. The main objectives are to provide a venue for diverse teaching and learning activities, offer academic services, and host ceremonies, including meetings and seminars, to support student learning and skill development, as well as personnel within and outside the university. The scope of work covers building construction according to the plans and specifications, demolition of existing structures, site management, and connection of utilities. The project has a duration of 210 days with payments divided into 6 installments based on work progress. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and have construction experience of the same type with a budget of at least 8,000,000 Baht.
