โรงพยาบาลบ้านแพ้ว (องค์การมหาชน) ประกาศจัดซื้อตัวตัดต่อเนื้อเยื่อแบบเป็นวงกลม ขนาด 29 มิลลิเมตร จำนวน 50 ชิ้น ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อนำมาใช้ในการผ่าตัดและรักษาผู้ป่วย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการทางการแพทย์ของโรงพยาบาลฯ และอำนวยความสะดวกแก่บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ โครงการนี้มีงบประมาณ 550,000 บาท และผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง นอกจากนี้ ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามที่กำหนด และต้องมีหนังสือรับรองผลิตภัณฑ์และผ่านการทดลองใช้ รวมถึงมีเอกสารรับรองเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่าย และได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานสากล กำหนดส่งมอบสินค้าภายใน 30 วันนับจากได้รับใบสั่งซื้อ และมีระยะเวลารับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง 1 ปี ผู้เสนอราคาจะถูกพิจารณาโดยใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาและมาตรฐานสินค้าหรือบริการ โดยต้องผ่านเกณฑ์ขั้นต่ำที่โรงพยาบาลฯ กำหนด
