ผู้เสนอราคาต้องส่งตัวอย่างถุงมือเพื่อให้ทางโรงพยาบาลฯ ประเมินคุณภาพ หากส่งมอบไม่ตรงตามตัวอย่าง ผู้ขายต้องเปลี่ยนใหม่ให้ตรงตามตัวอย่างโดยไม่คิดมูลค่า หากส่งมอบไม่ตรงตามเวลาที่กำหนดและก่อให้เกิดความเสียหาย ผู้ขายต้องรับผิดชอบ และโรงพยาบาลฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิที่จะไม่รับพิจารณาในปีถัดไป หากสินค้าชำรุดหรือเสื่อมสภาพก่อนหมดอายุ ผู้ขายต้องยินยอมให้แลกเปลี่ยนได้โดยไม่คิดมูลค่า และสินค้าที่ส่งมอบต้องมีอายุการใช้งานไม่น้อยกว่า ๒ ปี นับจากวันตรวจรับ
